On January 6th 2011, sometime around 2pm two friends got together to have lunch, enjoy a couple of beers and catch up…
and here we are.
Nearly 10 years later, those two friends opened and closed two bottle shops affectionally known as The Drinkery and opened Cask & Vine, a casual, tailored dining experience. This endeavor was followed by Doire Distilling, Daydreaming Brewing Company and now, Meadow Vineyards – all located in the heart of downtown Derry right off the Derry Rail Trail.

In addition to six rotating craft beer lines, Daydreaming Brewing Company is Derry’s hotspot for authentic hand-drawn cask ale. Enjoy a proper pint with us!
Spirits
Doire Distilling is an award-winning small batch craft distillery serving flights of vodka, gins, rums, malt whiskey, rye and local brewery collaboration whiskeys.

Cask & Vine, established itself in 2013 as Derry’s go-to spot for unique local beer and wine experiences accompanied by fresh and interesting homemade dishes.

Meadow Vineyards, announced on December 31, 2020 is set to open in late winter 2021 with a focus on the styles of wines we love, and more importantly styles we love to share.
